Peripheral Visions: Works by Georgina Montgomery

Date: April 1-29
Artist in Attendance: April 11, 11-1pm

Featuring Georgina Montgomery

Location:
Excellent Frameworks

115 Kenneth Street, Duncan

This mini-survey exhibition from Georgina Montgomery’s Painting with Crazed Light series features contemporary photographic works that resemble dynamic, abstract paintings. Using a simple distortion technique, Montgomery captures unpredictable light patterns, turning light itself into both subject and medium.

Inspired by the concept of peripheral vision, these works explore what exists just beyond our direct focus, inviting viewers to consider new perspectives, creative possibilities, and the value of seeing beyond the obvious.

Join Excellent Frameworks throughout April, and meet the artist in person on April 11.
