WINTERFEST VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Be part of the holiday magic at Downtown Duncan’s Winterfest on Friday, November 20, 2026!
We’re inviting a limited number of vendors to join this year’s festivities with food, drink, activities, and festive cheer.
To participate, vendors must complete the application form and submit the required fees and documents:

For-profit vendors: $75 participation fee + $75 refundable clean-up deposit

Non-profit vendors: $75 refundable clean-up deposit only

All vendors: Certificate of Insurance (COI) required

Food vendors: Island Health food permit required
Full details, including insurance and permit requirements, can be found in the application. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis—apply early to secure your spot!
Payment Policy
To keep things simple and help us reduce processing fees, we ask that all refundable clean-up fees be paid by cheque or cash. If you’re a for-profit vendor, your non-refundable vendor fees can still be paid by credit/debit card or cheque.
