Be part of the holiday magic at Downtown Duncan’s Christmas Kick-Off on Friday, November 21, 2025!
We’re inviting a limited number of vendors to join this year’s festivities with food, drink, activities, and festive cheer.
To participate, vendors must complete the application form and submit the required fees and documents:

For-profit vendors: $75 participation fee + $75 refundable clean-up deposit

Non-profit vendors: $75 refundable clean-up deposit only

All vendors: Certificate of Insurance (COI) required

Food vendors: Island Health food permit required
Full details, including insurance and permit requirements, can be found in the application linked below. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis—apply early to secure your spot!

👉 Preferred Option: Fill out the online Google Form to apply quickly and easily.
👉 Alternative Option: If you’re unable to use the online form, you can download a PDF application and return it by email or in person.
Payment Policy
To keep things simple and help us reduce processing fees, we ask that all refundable clean-up fees be paid by cheque or cash. If you’re a for-profit vendor, your non-refundable vendor fees can still be paid by credit/debit card or cheque.
